Rio de la Plata Uruguay South America
Colonia del Sacramento is its main attraction, a colonial city full of narrow cobbled streets flanked by whitewashed buildings. Despite being underrated, it is a real gem to discover. On the beaches of Mercedes, the supply of navigation, fishing and bathing are excellent and Paysandu, the second largest city of Uruguay, offers unique museums which are well preserved.
